Role Purpose
To drive sales and business growth for Saint-Gobain Insulation by engaging key stakeholders such as Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs, Contractors and Distributors, and converting project opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets (volume, value) in industrial and building segments
- Develop solid relationships with Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs & OEMs to drive product specifications
- Generate, track, and convert a strong project pipeline/inquiry database
- Influence projects at design stage and ensure conversion of specifications to orders
- Provide techno-commercial solutions including thermal/acoustic calculations and energy-saving proposals
- Prepare and close technical and techno-commercial bids independently
- Collaborate with HVAC, PEB, insulation contractors, drywall and roofing partners for system-based solutions
- Drive product differentiation and convert alternative insulation materials to SG solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and market feedback




- Ensuring billing from the existing distributors & enrolling new distributors.

Key Requirements
- BE/B.Tech (First Class, no academic gaps)
- 2+ years in Specification & Project Sales
- Experience in PEB / HVAC / Process Industry preferred
- Strong network with Architectural & Structural consultant community
- Good career stability
