Position Summary

Level: Senior Consultant

As a Business Analyst at the Senior Consultant level within Client, you will work with diverse teams to help clients address their most critical business challenges. You'll analyze complex business issues, gather and document requirements, and support the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions that improve processes, enable technology adoption, and drive business value.

Work you'll do:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements.

• User Story Creation:



Translates high level requirements into detailed level user stories to be consumed by the development and testing pods in each sprint, while ensuring stories and features are added iteratively to the product to add overall value

• Process Mapping & Analysis: Assess current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help develop future state processes.

• Solution Design & Delivery: Support solution ideation, documentation, and delivery activities. Facilitates agile ceremonies such as kick off, iteration, estimation sessions and help to keep team up to date with changes in priorities and to be available to answer questions quickly

• Project Support: Manage project documentation, track progress against milestones, prepare client deliverables, and support project management tasks. Drives efforts for production incident identification, workaround, and remediation
