About The Job:
- We are seeking a Senior Data & ML Engineer to help build and scale the data infrastructure that powers machine learning workflows and product insights.
- This role focuses on developing reliable data pipelines, enabling ML model productionization, and building lightweight applications that make data and insights accessible to business teams.
- You will work closely with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models, build scalable pipelines on Databricks, and integrate ML outputs into downstream tools such as Gainsight and internal analytics platforms.
- In addition, you will develop straightforward data applications (e.g., Streamlit apps)



that allow stakeholders to explore insights and interact with ML predictions.

Essential Job Functions:

Data Engineering & Pipeline Development
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics and machine learning workflows.
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, PySpark, SQL, and Delta Lake on Databricks.
- Implement data ingestion pipelines from APIs, product telemetry, and external systems.
- Build reliable and well-tested workflows for transforming raw data into ML-ready datasets and features.
- Optimize Spark jobs and data pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Machine Learning Workflow Enablement
- Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize ML models and prediction pipelines.
