About The Job:
- We are seeking a JBR resource to support Internal Financial Controls (IFC) testing for a Manufacturing Industry engagement.
- The candidate will be responsible for testing design and operating effectiveness of financial controls.
- Document Risk Control Matrices (RCM).
- Evaluate Test of Design (ToD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (ToE).
- Identify control gaps.
- Coordinate with client process owners to gather evidence and validate remediation.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IFC testing within the Manufacturing Industry domain.
- Based in Pune and travel required.
- Relevant experience in similar assignments is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls frameworks.
- Hands-on IFC/ITGC testing experience.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with client stakeholders to meet engagement timelines.
