Overview :
- Provide overall end-user support and training.
- Provide Planview Administrative Support for IT.
- Add, delete, and modify User IDs for the organization.
- Maintain resource calendars, structures and hierarchies.
- Assist with adding, editing and creating new fields.
- Lead/Assist with running various existing governance reports and processes (See below).
Governance Activities :
- Provide support to deliver the maximum value and benefits from projects and programs within the IT portfolio.
- Facilitate New Hire creation and existing Associate/Contractor Terminations in Planview.
- Generate Timesheet Compliance reports (weekly/monthly) and ensure Project status reports are published on time.
- Conduct Training sessions with Project Managers to prepare them for Project Review Meetings (PRM).
- Publishing PRM Agenda and Notes and sending to Stake Holders.
- Creation of recent Projects using Planview which includes use of reusable templates.
- Execute the creation and maintenance of the required project portfolio documentation and artifacts.
