About the Role
Webential is looking for creative minds who are excited about the intersection of AI, storytelling, advertising, social media and video production.
We are building an internal AI Creative Production team that can create scroll-stopping social content, cinematic product videos, AI-powered advertisements, launch campaigns, reels and experimental creative concepts for businesses across industries.
Think:
- A cinematic AI launch video for a recent car
- A food product transformed into a viral visual story
- A 10-second product commercial designed specifically for Instagram Reels
- A 3D-style outdoor billboard concept brought to life with AI
- A trending social video recreated for a completely different industry
- Static product photography transformed into cinematic video
- AI-generated characters, environments, music, voiceovers and storytelling




- Campaign ideas that would traditionally require a large production team

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to operate AI tools.
We are looking for someone who can think creatively, understand a business problem, find an interesting idea and use the best combination of AI and editing tools to bring that idea to life.
What You Will Do
Creative Concept Development
- Understand the client's business, product, target audience and campaign objective.
- Convert a simple marketing brief into creative concepts for social media and advertising.
- Develop ideas for product launches, brand campaigns, reels, short-form videos and promotional content.
- Create visual references, moodboards, storyboards and scene concepts before production.
- Think beyond templates and develop original concepts suitable for each brand.
- Present multiple creative directions when required and explain why an idea could work.
