Essential Job Functions:
- Normalize, reconcile, and optimize asset and entitlement data.
- Support license compliance, optimization, audits, and true-ups.
- Configure workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and controls.
- Collaborate onsite with procurement, IT operations, security, and finance teams.
- Support CMDB alignment and reconciliation with ITAM data.
- Configure end-to-end asset lifecycle processes: Procure → Receive → Deploy → Maintain → Retire → Dispose

Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of ServiceNow experience,



with a strong focus on ITAM and deep expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Implement and manage integrations with:
- Nexthink (end-user/device insights)
- Microsoft ecosystem (M365, SCCM, Intune)
- Azure (subscriptions, VMs, cloud assets)
- Other discovery and inventory sources as applicable
- Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance.
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs and ServiceNow spokes.
- Solid knowledge of CMDB, discovery, and data normalization.
