About The Job:
- We are looking for a highly experienced Database Administrator with 9+ years of expertise in SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis and Neo4j.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing database systems with a solid focus on operational reliability, performance, and automation.
Essential Job Functions:
- Participate in capacity planning and forecasting for database growth and infrastructure needs.
- Support data migration and integration projects across heterogeneous database platforms.
- Assist in audit and compliance reviews by providing necessary database logs and reports.
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing.
- Evaluate and recommend new database technologies and tools to improve performance and reliability.
- Work closely with application teams to optimize database design and data access patterns.
- Maintain change management documentation and ensure proper version control for database scripts and configurations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 9 to 12 years
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB in production environments.
- Working knowledge of Redis for caching and in-memory data storage.
- Experience with Neo4j or other graph databases.
- Strong knowledge of database architecture, replication, clustering, and backup/recovery strategies.
- Proficiency in T-SQL and MongoDB q
