Essential Job Functions:
- Configure and test the new Webex environment to ensure full functionality, including features like calling, messaging, and integrations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
- Provide post-migration support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Possess deep knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling configuration, and VoIP/SIP technologies.
- Understand Webex Calling network requirements and device compatibility.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the team, including troubleshooting and optimizing systems.
- Proficiency in configuring and deploying Cisco Webex Calling.
- Solid knowledge of VoIP, SIP trunking, and related technologies.
Qualifications:
- EXP-5-8 years
- Experience with planning and implementing network infrastructure for voice and communication systems.
- Robust ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical individuals.
