Exp: 8 to 15 Years
Job Description:
8 to 12+ years of project management or Scrum master experience in technical environments
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience working closely with engineering teams
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Preferred Qualifications
Technical background
Knowledge managing cloud, infrastructure, or platform projects
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
PMP, CSM, or similar certifications
Key Skills
Technical Knowledge (Basic underastanding of Devops, AIML
