- Validation of technical requirements related to HVAC, electrical, Civil, plumbing for the retail storesn
- Tracking of all budgets and expenses related to maintenance teamn
- Tracking of electricity consumption at stores and identification of saving potentialsn
- Coordination with store teams for the issuance of Capex, Opex and AMC approvalsn
- Creation of PO, PR and invoice processing for the departmentn
- Maintaining records of all the PO, expenses and issuance of the capex budget to the store teamn
- IOT – Managing all IOT controller connectivityn
- Help in budget creation for the maintenance teamn
- MIS reporting for the department for the expenses related to the maintenance teamn
- Store visits for NSOs and validation of technical services of the storen
- Cost negotiation in coordination with procurement teamn

- Timely renewals of all the AMCs, timely closer of all invoices and POn
- Budget tracking and monthly MISn
