Job Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM Developer with 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow SPM modules including PPM, Demand, Project, and Resource Management.
- Customize forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and Script Includes.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Create reports and dashboards and troubleshoot production issues.
- Work with business and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with REST APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
- CSA/CAD/CIS-SPM certification is a plus.
