- Design, implement, and optimize technical security controls and trust mechanisms across AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI environments.
- This role focuses on embedding practical safeguards into platforms, pipelines, models, and runtime environments through the deployment of security tooling, guardrails, posture management, and monitoring capabilities.
Essential Job Functions:
- AI Security Controls Engineering
- Control Design: Design and implement preventive, detective, and corrective controls across AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI systems spanning data, model, application, and runtime layers.
- Secure Pipeline Integration: Embed security controls into MLOps and LLMOps pipelines including model registration, artifact scanning, secrets protection, secure deployment gates, and continuous validation.
- Platform Hardening:
Harden AI infrastructure components such as model serving endpoints, vector databases, API gateways, orchestration layers, notebooks, and inference environments.
- AI Trust Tooling & Guardrails
- Guardrail Implementation: Deploy and tune guardrail technologies to enforce prompt filtering, content moderation, output constraint validation, sensitive data detection, and policy-based response controls.
- Toolchain Enablement: Implement AI trust and security tooling for red teaming, model scanning, prompt injection detection, runtime monitoring, and AI Security Posture Management (AI-SPM).
- Validation Controls: Enforce solid input/output validation, prompt sanitization, retrieval constraints, grounding checks, and content safety controls across user-facing AI systems.
