Purpose of the Role

The Senior Manager – FP&A; will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes for Digital.AI Labs. The role will provide strategic financial insights and support data-driven decision-making across digital transformation initiatives. This includes managing budgets for digital platforms, IT investments, and product development cycles while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and financial governance.

Job Responsibility

Ensuring month/quarter/year end books closing including provision for expenses of the Company and monthly preparation of schedules relevant for Audit
Finalization of TMDALL Trial Balance, End to End Responsibility of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly TB including correctness of Entries. Review of critical processes on a periodic basis e.g. revenue recognition, expense booking, pass through costs etc.
Preparation and Presentation of Monthly MIS of TMDALL
PO Booking, Invoice follow up from various business stakeholders and relevant Accounting entries of the same.



Day to day working capital and funds management. This includes close co-ordination between Global Delivery Centre (GDC) and respective user departments.
Resolving queries raised by CV/PV/EV – Group Controlling Team and Consolidation Team
Co-ordination with GDC for uploading of Monthly Details of RPT in FCCS / ARCS including clearing of the mismatches.
Review of Standalone quarterly & annual financial statements of TMDALL as per Indian GAAP
Overall Responsibility of Quarterly / Yearly Statutory Audits
Overall responsibilities of Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICFR) Process Compliances pertaining to Accounts and Finance
Review of Purchase Requisitions raised by Business Team alongwith Budgets and PO Limits
