Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
- The MDM Lead is responsible for delivering and supporting the MDM solution, including architecture, development, and support operations using the Informatica MDM/Customer 360 platform.
- Manage customer expectations for MDM solution.

Gathering functional and technical requirements as inputs into the overall solution design.
- Create/modify technical and business solutions architecture (logical and physical)
- Works independently or as part of a team on the design and implementation of software applications.
- Works with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Data Stewards to understand business requirements.

Performs analysis and documentation for system design.
- Valuable knowledge of Informatica MDM.
- Good knowledge of IDD, HM, and Match/Merge.
- Good knowledge of DBMS concepts, MSSQL, and Oracle.
- Should have strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.




- Should have hands-on experience in the following Informatica MDM Hub configurations: data modeling, data Mappings (Landing, Staging and Base Objects), data validation, match and merge rules, writing and customizing user exits, customizing an configuring Informatica data director (IDD) applications.
- Should have experience in integrating external applications with Informatica MDM hub using Batch process, SIF and message queues a significant advantage.
- Should have experience in fine tuning match/merge process and troubleshooting performance issues in Informatica MDM.
- Should be well versed with Master Data Management concepts.
- Should be self-starter in solution implementation with inputs from design documents
- Should have participated in different kinds of testing like Unit Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, etc.
- Experience on IDQ and Power center is an added advantage.
