Your role
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Growth to own and scale user acquisition and lifecycle growth at Khatabook.This is a highly hands-on growth role with a strong focus on paid acquisition,



performance marketing, CRM, experimentation, funnel optimization, and user quality. You will own growth across channels such as Meta and Google while continuously identifying opportunities to improve CAC, conversion, scale, retention, and downstream business outcomes.
You will work closely with Creative, Product, Analytics, CRM, and Tech teams to build a high-velocity growth engine by testing new audiences, creatives, campaigns, channels, and user journeys—and rapidly scaling what works.
What would you do at Khatabook
- Own Paid User Acquisition: Drive the strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels.
- Manage Performance Budgets: Manage and scale meaningful performance marketing budgets while delivering against CAC, acquisition volume, ROAS, and downstream business objectives.
