- Job Description – Senior Executive Retail Sales
To drive retail sales growth and business development in the assigned territory by effectively managing dealers, sub-dealers, retail contractors, and customers while ensuring strong market presence and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Good understanding of the local market.
Manage and develop dealers and sub-dealers to achieve sales targets and improve market penetration.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail contractors, influencers, and key customers.
Manage the assigned territory and identify recent business opportunities for market expansion.
Drive retail sales through effective customer engagement, order generation, and market visits.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product movement to strengthen market position.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address customer queries and service issues effectively.
Ensure timely follow-up on orders, deliveries, payments,
and collections.
Work closely with internal teams such as logistics, customer service, finance, and supply chain to ensure smooth business operations.
Ensure proper execution of company schemes, promotions, and market initiatives.
Maintain accurate sales reports, market intelligence, and customer information.
Demonstrate a result-oriented approach with a strong focus on business growth and target achievement.
Take complete ownership and accountability for the assigned territory, customers, and business performance.
