Essential Job Functions:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Solution Architecture: Architect scalable systems, manage data migration, and configure solutions in various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and GRC
- Project Management: Oversee system upgrades, patches, and collaborate with administrators on platform improvements .
- Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and conduct peer code reviews .
- Integration:



Design and implement integrations with third-party tools and custom REST/SOAP APIs

Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 to 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, HW Asset Management, and MID Server integration
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of database structures, data mining, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Certifications: Relevant ServiceNow certifications and experience in leading end-to-end implementation projects
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field

- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into detailed technical designs
