nrole is pivotal in creating high-quality, engaging video-based learning materials on technology, data, AI, and digital operations. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop impactful learning experiences.
nEssential Job Functions

- Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to understand program scope.n
- Own end-to-end video development with quality as the benchmark.n
- Develop strong subject matter understanding and ensure content quality.n
- Review final outputs and identify roadblocks early during scrum calls.n
- Create storyboards, videos, eLearning presentations, projects, trainer guides, and audio scripts.n
- Suggest creative ideas to improve processes.n
- Research and apply modern instructional design trends and technologies.n
nEssential & Critical Skills

- n
- 3–5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer.n
- Experience developing video-based training modules.n
- Experience creating instructor-led training materials.n
- Experience developing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 animation-based learning content.n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.n
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).n
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT.n
- Experience creating storyboards, audio scripts, projects, and study materials.n
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and cultures.n
- Ability to thrive in agile and evolving environments.n
