nWhat You Will Do

- Generate and qualify new business opportunities in the USA marketn
- Build relationships with startup founders, CTOs, product leaders and business ownersn
- Execute outbound sales campaigns through LinkedIn, email and networkingn
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirementsn
- Create proposals and coordinate with technical teamsn
- Manage CRM and maintain a healthy sales pipelinen
- Work closely with the founders to build a scalable sales processn

nWhat We Are Looking For
n5-10 years of experience in IT services sales
nExperience selling software development services to US clients
nStrong understanding of:

nExperience with:

- LinkedIn Sales Navigatorn
- HubSpot or similar CRMn
- Cold outreach and lead generationn

- Experience selling offshore development teamsn
- Existing network in the US startup or SMB ecosystemn
- Track record of closing software projects worth $20K+n
