Role: Cognos Admin DA
- Good Knowledge of Cognos, Tableau and PowerBI Administration skills
- Awareness of Business Intelligence, SQL queries, DWH concepts, BI concepts
- Should be able to do platform administration, version upgrades, installation and configuration, troubleshoot infra specific issues and liase with respective platform vendor to troubleshoot issues
- Should be flexible in working in extended shifts over weekends and holidays.
- Should have ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions

- Display interpersonal skills in handling the day to day operations on the floor
- Suggest and work on process improvements Ideas
- 5-6 years of relevant Cognos Platform Administration experience. Tableau and PowerBI administration knowledge is preferred and AWS is good to have
- Strong understanding of platform administration, monitoring tools, installation and configuration, incident and change management would be an added advantage
- The position is within Platform Support where flexibility and availability during weekends and US hours for on call support would be needed.
- Knowledge of python scripting skills would be preferable
- Good Unix scripting skills
- Good knowledge of Informatica, Alteryx and Tableau Administration
- Should know how to debug informatica sessions for any failures
- Should understand the architecture of Cognos, Tableau and PowerBI
- Experience in dealing with US clients would be added advantage
