ServiceNow Lead Developer – DevOps Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer with strong DevOps experience to drive end-to-end development, automation, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure productive, reliable, and scalable delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow using DevOps best practices
- Automate application deployment, testing, and release management processes
- Integrate ServiceNow with DevOps tools such as Jenkins,



Azure DevOps, and Git
- Manage and optimize Update Sets, Source Control, and ServiceNow DevOps integrations
- Implement automated testing frameworks (ATF) and ensure code quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders
- Perform code reviews and enforce development standards and governance
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and optimize system performance
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
