Qualifications:
- Exp range: 6 to 10 years
- Mainframe Developer: Experience with code changes, unit test data creation, and knowledge of payment and cards processes.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in COBOL, JCL, Db2, VSAM, SORT.
- Basic knowledge of CICS including associated tools.
- Familiarity with mainframe debugging tools and techniques.
- Experience: 7+ of relevant experience in mainframe Development.
- Agile Workflow:



Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Tools: Endevor, File-aid, OPC scheduler, Prior experience with Rally or other related dashboards.

Additional Skills:
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues
