Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in network operations or support roles.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.




- Robust understanding of:
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
- Switching (VLANs, STP, trunking)
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment.
- Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Wireshark).
- Ability to read, understand, and create network diagrams.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands on Knowledge on F5 Load balancer.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Meraki).
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure Virtual Networks).
- Knowledge of network automation (Python, Ansible).
- Hands-on experience with firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.).
