Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP GTS solutions in S/4HANA environments.

Work on E4H GTS implementation, enhancement, and support activities.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP GTS solutions.

Configure and support key GTS processes including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Trade Preference.

Work on integration of SAP GTS with SAP S/4HANA and other systems.

Support master data setup and maintenance relevant to SAP GTS processes.

Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements.

Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.





Participate in deployment, go-live, and post-production support activities.

Work closely with business users and other SAP functional teams to ensure smooth process integration.

Required Skills

6–7 years of overall SAP GTS experience.

3–4 years of hands-on E4H GTS experience.

Strong knowledge of SAP GTS on S/4HANA.

Experience in SAP GTS configuration and implementation/support.

Valuable understanding of Compliance, Customs, and Trade Preference processes.

Experience with SAP GTS integration with S/4HANA.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
