About The Job:

Essential Job Functions:
- As a Generator Specialist, take ownership of system integration and functional leadership within generator verification across multiple projects.
- Ensure alignment with Vestas’ project framework and Stage-Gate models.
- Drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across initiatives.
- Define and continuously improve verification strategies for recent generator designs and technologies.
- Lead end-to-end generator verification activities including planning, testing, evaluation, reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with design engineers in FMEA processes to develop robust verification methodologies.
- Establish and ensure consistent use of guidelines, standards, and best practices across projects.
