Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Network SME / Network Architect with strong expertise in Aruba SD-WAN, Enterprise Wireless (Aruba & Cisco), and F5 BIG-IP, capable of handling both Project implementation and Network Operations. The role demands deep hands-on experience with routing, switching, high availability, and enterprise-scale network design, along with client-facing ownership and P1 incident handling.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Architecture
Design, implement, and support Aruba SD-WAN solutions for enterprise customers.
Lead network architecture design for LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Load Balancer solutions.
Perform new switch/router deployment, configuration, and software/firmware upgrades.
Drive end-to-end network transformation projects from design to implementation.

Operations & Support
Handle Network Operations (L2/L3) including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and optimization.
Own and handle P1 / Critical incidents independently with robust troubleshooting skills.
Participate in change management, risk assessment,
and post-incident reviews (PIR).
Ensure network stability, performance, availability, and compliance with SLAs.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Independently handle client calls for:
Technical project discussions
Design walkthroughs
Incident resolution and escalations
Act as a technical point of contact for enterprise customers.
Provide guidance and recommendations aligned with business and network best practices.
