Overview

We are seeking a QA Analyst to join a growing Reporting & Analytics team responsible for validating data accuracy, dashboard functionality, and reporting solutions that support critical business operations. This individual will partner closely with Report Developers, Data Engineers, and Product Teams to ensure reporting products deliver accurate, reliable, and user-friendly insights. The ideal candidate brings experience testing reporting and analytics solutions, validating data through SQL queries, creating comprehensive test cases, and performing both UI and backend data validation. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level QA skilled who enjoys working at the intersection of data, analytics, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of reporting and analytics solutions, dashboards,



and data-driven applications.
- Validate data accuracy between source systems, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.
- Execute UI testing to ensure dashboards, reports, filters, calculations, and visualizations function as expected.
- Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies, identifying root causes and working with Data Engineers and Developers to resolve issues.
- Develop, document, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with Report Developers and Product Teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Track defects, enhancements, and testing activities within Jira.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing as required.
