Prior Experience
- Knowledge and experience in administration of Client DB -Essential
- Sound knowledge of DB maintenance activities-Essential
- DB User access management, Space management for tablespace and disk space, patching, RMAN and BCV backup and recovery, DB export and import - Essential
- OS: Linux, Unix, Client UX and Windows-Essential
- Excellent communication & customer handling skills(preferably US customers)
- Experienced in working in a SLA based BAU Support model.
- Reviewing the towers EOL / EOS and providing suggestions to customers10Responsible for driving the automation of services wherever necessary in the towe
