- Expert in advanced PL/SQL development (packages, procedures, functions, triggers) for enterprise‐scale systems
- Strong mastery of Oracle SQL, including complex queries, analytical functions, and optimization techniques
- Proven experience in performance tuning using bulk processing (BULK COLLECT, FORALL), indexing, and execution plan analysis
- Architected and supported high‐volume transactional databases in production‐critical environments
- Deep understanding of transaction management, locking, and concurrency control
- Designed robust exception handling and logging frameworks for fault‐tolerant applications
- Extensive experience developing ETL and data‐processing logic using PL/SQL
- Robust exposure to database security, roles, privileges, auditing,



and compliance standards
- Led code reviews, mentoring, and enforcement of coding standards for PL/SQL teams
- Hands‐on experience with production support, releases, and environment migrations
