We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in identifying and generating high-quality leads for our recruiters and helping us expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Research and Identification:
- Use a variety of tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment platforms, to research and identify potential clients (companies looking to hire).
- Conduct market research to find new business opportunities in various industries and geographic locations within the USA.
- Lead Qualification:
- Qualify leads based on key criteria, including company size, industry,



and hiring needs.
- Ensure that the leads are aligned with the recruitment services offered by the company.
- Cold Outreach:
- Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and outreach via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to generate interest.
- Build relationships with HR professionals, talent acquisition teams, and other decision-makers to qualify them as potential clients.
- Client and Candidate Engagement:
- Maintain strong communication with potential clients and candidates, nurturing them throughout the lead generation process.
- Set up meetings between qualified leads and the sales or recruitment team to move leads further down the funnel.
- Collaboration with Sales/Recruitment Teams:
- Work closely with sales and recruitment consultants to understand client needs and deliver high-quality leads.
