About The Job:
- We are hiring a Full Stack Developer (L3) for PR&D; Technology & Operations. This is a full-stack role with a
- stronger lean toward backend development — building and operating production-grade APIs and data
- services, with hands-on contribution across the front end as well.
Qualifications:
Frontend Development
- React, Vue.js or Next.js — deep proficiency in at least one.
- JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- HTML5 & CSS3 — responsive and accessible UI design.
- REST and GraphQL API integration.
- State management — Redux, Pinia, Zustand or equivalent.
Backend Development
- Python (advanced level).
- FastAPI or Flask — API design and production deployment.
- Authentication & authorization — JWT, OAuth 2.0.
- RESTful API design principles and versioning strategies.
- Asynchronous programming and task queues.
Database & Data Management
- AWS RDS.
- PostgreSQL or MySQL — advanced querying and indexing.
- ORM usage — SQLAlchemy, Prisma or Django ORM.
- Database schema design, normalization and migration.
- Query optimization, EXPLAIN plans and connection pooling.
- MongoDB or Redis — working knowledge.
