Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, with a focus on Platform AI Search.

• Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular or React JS.

• Work with DevOps tools and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and delivery of ServiceNow applications.

• Ensure solutions are aligned with ethical AI practices and responsible AI use guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software development.

• Proven experience with ServiceNow Platform and Platform AI Search.

• Solid proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.js.

• Experience with DevOps practices, including version control,



automated testing, and continuous deployment.

• Awareness and application of ethical AI principles.
