Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Murex Datamart skilled with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in data management, technology delivery, software development, or related roles. The position will support the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of Murex Datamart solutions for reporting, analytics, data integration, and business requirements.

The role will contribute to business objectives by improving data accessibility, quality, reporting accuracy, delivery efficiency, and alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.

Software Requirements
Required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Murex Datamart, data engineering, data integration, software development, or related technology roles.
- In-depth understanding of Murex Datamart concepts, data structures, data flows, and reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of database management systems, SQL, data structures, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with project management tools and delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of software architecture,



data architecture, and design patterns.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.
- Experience with requirements analysis, technical documentation, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance processes.
- Familiarity with source control, defect tracking, code review, release management, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data and technology solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams.

Preferred
- Experience with Murex Datamart configuration, development, reporting, integration, and production support.
- Experience with capital markets, financial services, investment banking, risk, trading, treasury, or regulatory reporting.
