POSITION SUMMARY
This is position is a key contributor in promoting and implementing Lectra’s offer for our prospects and customers through demos and trials.
The Software Solution Specialist supports the sales teams in selling our solutions through his contribution during the presales process, demonstrates the benefit of our solutions and implements / trains customers on the proposed / sold solution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collect information to properly prepare and run demos, trials and analyses results. The Software Solution Specialist is responsible for defining the data workflow, IT infrastructure (network, servers) & IT integration and contributes to the project
scoping activities.
- As a key member of the Call Center team, acting as a technical and hands on project lead, the Software
Solution Specialist pilots the SW installation and deployment, visiting customers on-site to support the
start of production, customers’ acceptance tests, solution configuration, implementation & sustainment.
