Title: SAP SuccessFactors - Onboarding (SF-ONB)

Exp: 6- 12 Years

Job Description:

1. Should have SAP SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding 2.0

2. Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience in

SFSF ONB

3. Good understanding of Talent Acquisition process and trends in

organization.

4. Must be able to work within a matrix organization – balancing the needs of

the service line against firm initiatives and goals

5. Experience of handling Half Yearly release management activities

6. Knowledge of People Analytics, Story reports

Good-to-Have 1. Understand and evaluate business requirements

2. Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities.

3. Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the

customer within the agreed SLA

4. Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when

needed

5. Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix,

performance, availability, and system uptimes

6.



Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status

updates

7. Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.)

and adhere to customer's quality policy and procedures.

8. Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly

Status Meetings

9. Provide service improvement suggestions

6 Own and ensure the SAP Successfactors configuration are delivered meeting project requirements supporting project and BAU requi
