· The Alliances & Program Manager (APM) role for cards will be responsible for liaising with co-branded card issuers (banks), card networks, offer providers and platforms like PG, Travel OTAs as relevant to co-create the right program and experience for SMBs on nexarc for the entire card portfolio.

· The APM will also be responsible for coordinating with internal legal, compliance, product and growth teams to ensure success of the products launched – and be the SPOC for ensuring the go-live schedule for each launch is on time, as planned.

· The APM is expected to be a subject matter expert in card products like commercial cards, corporate cards, business cards – credit and prepaid including expense management solutions.

· Source and manage key alliances (Insurers, Healthtechs, Insurtechs) for offerings to be made available on platform

· Liaison with other verticals in Tata Business hub to optimize functionalities, product offerings & offer a superior experience

· Contracting and commercial closure with partners





· Coordinate with delivery and sales teams for product pitches, query resolution mechanism etc.

· Benchmark competition offerings

· Design P&L; Model & GTM strategy for the offerings

· Create and manage workplan for go-live and key milestones leading upto launch & initial scale-up

· Assist in / lead sales training for product sessions, initial demos to create nodal experts in each region
