Core Responsibilities

Enterprise Learning Delivery

Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions aligned with organizational learning, compliance, and development strategies.

Translate business, HR, and L&D; requirements into scalable learning structures, curricula, assignments, and workflows.

Support full lifecycle activities including enhancements, releases, data migration, testing, and production support.

AI Assisted Delivery & Productivity

Use AI copilots and GenAI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, content structuring, configuration validation, documentation, and testing.

Apply AI assisted techniques to improve learning recommendations, completion tracking, and operational insights.

Leverage pre built AI capabilities within SAP and adjacent platforms (e.g., intelligent rec
