Role Description This is a freelance, remote role for a Zoho Creator Certified Developer at Kaafmino IT Solutions. The developer will design, build, and maintain custom applications on Zoho Creator, including form creation, workflows, and automated business processes tailored to client requirements.

Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements, configuring and scripting Deluge functions, integrating Zoho Creator with other Zoho apps and third-party systems, and optimizing existing solutions for performance and usability. The developer will collaborate with project managers and functional consultants, participate in solution design discussions, provide technical support,



and document application structures, configurations, and user guides. The role also involves testing, troubleshooting, and continuously improving applications based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Zoho Creator development, including form design, workflows, and Deluge scripting, with current Zoho Creator certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience integrating Zoho Creator with Zoho CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Commerce, and third-party APIs to support end-to-end business processes.
- Solid understanding of databases, data modeling, and basic software development principles (version control, testing, debugging, and documentation).
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, with experience in business process mapping and automation design.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams and clients, including clear written documentation and client-facing interaction.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is beneficial, along with familiarity with cloud-based SaaS environments.
- Prior experience with Zoho implementation, low-code platforms, or ERP/CRM systems, and a track record of delivering freelance or project-based work on schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
