Role Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve member queries related to Yoga, breathing practices, diet, and general wellness.

- Provide accurate, appropriate, and practical guidance to members based on their individual queries.

- Understand member concerns and suggest suitable guidance within the scope of Yoga and general wellness.

- Ensure a positive member experience through clear, empathetic, and helpful communication.

- Maintain professionalism while interacting with members across different queries and concerns.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Yoga Expert / Yoga Instructor.

- Valuable understanding of Yoga, breathing practices, and basic diet/wellness guidance.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand member concerns and provide relevant and suitable guidance.

- Comfortable handling a member-facing role.

Work Requirements

- Work from Office

- 8-hour shift

- Comfortable working in a customer/member-facing role.

- Willingness to interact with members regularly and address their queries patiently and professionally.
