Role & responsibilities

- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

- Generate and develop own leads in addition to working on marketing-generated opportunities.

- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and closure.

- Conduct effective discovery calls and product demonstrations, primarily for Zoho CRM, Zoho HRMS, Zoho Projects and other Zoho One applications.

- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue objectives.

- Prepare commercial proposals and quotations and drive engagements to deliver value to C Level Executives.

- Independently negotiate with decision-makers and close high-value deals.

- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in Zoho CRM and provide reliable sales forecasts.





- Build strong relationships with prospects and convert opportunities into long-term customers.

- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and customer success.

Track competitors, market trends and evolving Zoho product capabilities to strengthen sales positioning

Preferred candidate profile

- Demonstrated booked business of approximately 1-2 Crore, with evidence of target achievement.

- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets.

- Strong individual contributor who can independently generate pipeline, close business and own revenue numbers.

- Experience selling business applications / ERP / CRM / HRMS / SaaS solutions is strongly preferred.

- Zoho product / ecosystem experience will be essential
