1. Operate handheld X-rays for active case finding of TB, particularly chest X-rays.
2. Travel to all blocks of the district for conducting X-Ray screening of identified population
3. Ensure proper positioning of patients and image quality.
4. Follow safety protocols in radiographic procedures.
5. Ensure NIKSHAY entries are completed of all scanned individuals
6. Ensure AI reports are shared with District Coordinators and Medical Officers
7. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Bachelors or Postgraduate degree, preferably with a diploma in X-Ray Radiography.
1. Skilled in operating portable X-ray machines, patient positioning, and capturing high-quality chest X-rays following NTEP/WHO guidelines.
2. Adherence to radiation safety protocols and use of protective measures to minimize exposure.
3. Basic understanding of TB.
4. Robust communication, empathy towards patients, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
