Essential Job Functions:

The Service Manager is responsible for the overall management and optimization of digital tools and services within the organization:

- Managing Digital Workplace Services: Overseeing digital workplace technologies to support operations and user requirements.

- Operational Oversight: Maintaining the functionality of digital workplace platforms, tools, and infrastructure.

- Supporting Digital Transformation: Participating in digital transformation initiatives to update workplace capabilities.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with internal teams, vendors, and business units to align service delivery with organizational objectives.

- Monitoring Performance: Reviewing service metrics, identifying areas for adjustment, and implementing necessary changes.

- Incident and Problem Resolution: Coordinating efforts to address service disruptions and conducting root cause analyses.

- Continuous Improvement: Facilitating updates and modifications in service delivery based on feedback and established practices.

- Own End to End lifecycle of M365 Services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Power Platform and Intune.

- Maintain operation oversight of service health and performance

- Ensuring compliance of Org policies and Microsoft best practices.

- Track KPIs such as tool/license usage and adoption

- Drive change implementations with relevant teams for M365 Roadmap initiatives.





- Service Manager resources are primarily located at designated customer office sites unless otherwise agreed in writing. Onsite presence is required for collaboration, service continuity, and stakeholder interaction.

- Escalation point for all M365 related issues and co-ordinate with MS when needed
