About The Job:

- We are looking for a Workflow Expert with strong Adobe Illustrator experience to evaluate in-development features using real-world creative workflows. This role focuses on validating how new capabilities perform in practical, end-to-end scenarios rather than isolated feature testing, ensuring alignment with how professionals work.

- The individual will execute complex, production workflows (e.g., multi-artboard files, large documents, handoff preparation, and troubleshooting scenarios) and provide clear, structured feedback on usability, gaps, and workflow friction. The goal is to identify areas where users struggle, where features break down in real usage, and where improvements can drive better workflow efficiency and adoption.

- This role requires close collaboration with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams to share insights, explain workflow context, and influence feature direction. The expert will also help create representative scenarios and sample files that reflect real-world usage patterns.

Qualifications

- Strong hands-on Adobe Illustrator (or CorelDraw/Affinity Designer) experience (3+ years),

- Bachelor degree in any Design discipline (3 years full-time)

- Ability to draw the concept on paper (sketching) and transform the final sketch to digital illustration using drawing tools in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw

- Should have experience in creating complete brand guidelines for two or more businesses,



creating print ready brochure/poster/advertising material, experience in creating design for digital mediums like website/mobile apps.

- A deep understanding of creative workflows, and the ability to translate practical usage into actionable product feedback.

- Ability to communicate and present workflow feedback to the broader audience.

- Experience with beta programs, workflow testing, or user feedback analysis is a plus.
