- Strong experience in Workday Core HCM and PATT (Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking).
- Hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and support of Workday HCM modules.
- Expertise in Business Process configuration, Security, Calculated Fields, and Reporting.
- Experience with Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, EIBs, and Workday Integrations.
- Ability to gather business requirements, perform configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production support.
- Positive understanding of Workday release management and change requests.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Workday HCM/PATT Certification is preferred.
