About The Job:

- Responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of integrations between Workday and external systems.

Essential Job Functions:

- Support the design, build, and maintenance of Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio components, PECI, and PICOF.

- Work on data transformation, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless data exchange between Workday and third-party systems.

- Develop and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio support, PECI, PICOF).

- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation.

- Support inbound/outbound integrations (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance systems).

- Execute integration testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and resolve defects.

- Monitor integration jobs and troubleshoot failures and data inconsistencies.

- Assist in requirements gathering and integration design discussions.

- Support Workday releases and regression testing.

- Maintain integration documentation (design specifications, mapping files).

- Collaborate with functional teams for end-to-end data flow validation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- 3–4 years of experience in Workday Integrations.

- Hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio.

- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, Web Services, and APIs.

- Understanding of integration concepts and data structures.

- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / IT or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Workday Studio.

- Experience in implementation or AMS support projects.

- Knowledge of HR/Payroll data flows.

- On-time delivery of integration tasks.

- Reduction in integration errors/failures.

- Defect leakage rate during testing.

- Issue resolution turnaround time.
