Technical Skillset

- Resources must be proficient with hands-on expertise in all the applications and their supporting tools.

- Certified professional in Ariba (P2O, Contract management, SCC, CIG Sourcing, Ariba Network with understanding of SAP MM & Basis), Concur and Clarizen Application are required.

- Fusion ( weblogic, OSB OEM and SOA Administration, WLST Scripting ,OSB and BPEL Development), OAM 12 suite( OAM, Weblogic, webgate, OHS, SOA), POINTS ( Oracle Java/J2EE ADE framework), CMD(Tomcat Adminsitration, Development using Java, JSPs and Servlets), Planet (ORDS Development, Apache Web Server Admin).

- The scope includes on prem and cloud applications including legacy custom apps.

- Technical skills include C#, .Net, Visual Basic, Visual studio, Power Apps, Power automate, Sharepoint online custom Apps, knowledge of flows, Azure, and Integration with Azure AD, Entra ID, Java, unix/linux, oracle db, PL sql, perl scripting.

- EPM (HFM, Essbase, HPCM, ODI, FDMEE, DRM, HFR, SmartView, Python scripting, Oracle DB, sql, Maxl scripting), Unix/Linux, Powershell, React, Angular, PL/SQL, SSO and Federation technologies, including SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth 2.0., Excel Data mashup and Macros, API development

- Knowledge of supporting apps like Jenkins/Bitbucket, RPA, Charms is required.

- Good hands-on knowledge on Linux and Database queries

- Strong administrative skills,



deep technical expertise and functional knowledge of the applications and its integrations is essential.

- Additionally, the ability to troubleshoot & resolve incidents, perform impact assessments, manage and perform platforms upgrade independently, manage complex data security controls and address vulnerabilities promptly is required.

- The resources should be able to work independently with the product vendor on product bugs and fixes. Have ability to setup and maintain SSO, MFA for in scope applications.

General Skillset

- Personnel must demonstrate strong technical expertise and functional knowledge of applications in scope and supporting tools, with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within and across platforms, manage cross functional issues to resolution, stakeholder communication, manage escalations to closure, and implement defect fixes/enhancements.

- Ensure KT and upkeep of all SOP, design, and architecture documents.

- Candidates are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good planning and organizational skills, ability to manage timely delivery, and a working understanding of ITIL and change management processes.

- Understanding of compliance and security controls.

- Familiarity with agile delivery practices and ability to work in hybrid (agile + ITIL) environments





- Experience in risk assessment and impact analysis for changes and incidents

- Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building within the team.
