- Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Build custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Configure and maintain Workday security roles and business processes.
- Troubleshoot integration and data issues while ensuring system performance.
- Collaborate with functional teams to deliver end-to-end Workday solutions.
- Support implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of IT experience with robust Workday technical expertise.
- Hands-on experience in Workday Integrations, Studio, EIB, and Report Writing.
- Good knowledge of XML, XSLT, web services, and data transformation.
- Experience with Workday HCM modules and security framework.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
