About The Job:

- We are hiring a Workday HCM Technical Consultant with 4–12 years of relevant experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Workday HCM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Reports, Calculated Fields, and Workday Security.

Essential Job Functions:

- Develop and support Workday HCM technical solutions and integrations.

- Build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).

- Develop Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Custom Reports along with Calculated Fields.

- Configure Workday Business Processes and Security.

- Perform data migration, EIB uploads, production support, troubleshooting, and release management.

- Support Core HCM and related modules including Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking.

Qualifications

- 4–12 years of Workday HCM Technical experience.

- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Security, Business Processes, and Workday Reporting.

- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, SOAP/REST APIs, and Workday Web Services.

- Experience in Workday integrations, production support, troubleshooting, and data migration.





- Exposure to cloud-based integrations and third-party system interfaces.
