Hiring: Workday HCM Technical Consultant

Location: Bangalore Onsite

Experience: 10+ Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Workday integrations and technical development. The candidate should have experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting complex Workday integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and WWS.
- Work across HCM, Payroll, Advantages, Recruiting and Financials integrations.
- Develop integrations using XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON and Web Services.




- Work with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica or SAP CPI.
- Configure and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security and integrations.
- Participate in SDLC, Agile delivery and DevOps processes.
- Analyze technical issues, identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
